NGL 3100
- The project for the construction of the NGL 3100 Plant in the Musian–Cheshmeh Khosh area of Ilam Province was designed and defined to process 240 MMSCFD of gas per day. The plant feedstock will be supplied through the aggregation and collection of associated gas from the North Dezful fields, including Dehloran, Danan, Azar, Cheshmeh Khosh, and Paydar-e Gharb, from both the Bangestan and Asmari reservoirs. Following collection in the Dehloran and Cheshmeh Khosh operational areas and pressure boosting, the gas will be transferred to this industrial facility for processing.
- In addition to constructing the NGL 3100 Plant, with a processing capacity of 240 MMSCFD, the project scope includes the construction of ten feedstock and product transmission pipelines and the installation of seven intermediate valve stations. To ensure a reliable energy supply for the complex, the scope also includes the construction of a 230/11 kV electrical substation fed from the Saba Dehloran Power Plant transmission line, as well as a 230/33 kV electrical substation with a transmission line from Cheshmeh Khosh.
- The plant’s products include 77 MMSCFD of sweet gas per day for power-plant fuel supply, with surplus gas injected into the national gas grid; 400 tonnes of sulfur per day; and approximately 850 barrels per day of gas condensate for delivery to the Cheshmeh Khosh operating unit. The C2+ product, with a production capacity of approximately 40,000 barrels per day, equivalent to 1,055 kilotonnes per year, will be produced as the main feedstock for the Dehloran Petrochemical Complex. Until completion and commissioning of that petrochemical complex, it will be transported to Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company.
- The project parties comprise Dehloran Petro Refinery Company (on behalf of the Ahdaf Investment Company) as the Client and OIEC as the EPC Contractor.
